A former professional rugby player, Lewis had a distinguished 16-year career, playing a key role in England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup victory and captaining his country for two seasons. Since retiring, he has dedicated himself to philanthropy and coaching, raising over £2.5 million for young families affected by brain tumours. He also launched youth development initiatives through sport, fueling his passion for mentoring elite athletes. Transitioning into executive coaching in 2019, he now applies his sports expertise in the corporate world, empowering individuals and teams with his unique style to attain new levels of performance.
